What do you like best about Acoustic Campaign? Acoustic has bought over all the great functionality from Silverpop and more recently IBM. The platform boasts many innovative features to enable to user to develop a "true" omnichannel CRM strategy. What do you like best about Acoustic Campaign? I like the reporting that you can do. It is pretty robust and gives some good insight into who is clicking and who is not. What do you dislike about Acoustic Campaign? The code editor is still an issue (from IBM to Acoustic). It is not user friendly. Advanced reporting capabilities and the ability to process complex data What do you dislike about Acoustic Campaign? not user friendly, clunky elements e.g. inability to open reports in new tabs. "Really good enterprise email marketing program."
What do you like best about Acoustic Campaign? Acoustic has a great query and database system. You can create a crazy amount of queries with amazing detail. What do you dislike about Acoustic Campaign? There are a lot of little glitches in the software. (ie. where you should be able to "tab" from cell to cell, you cant.).
