What do you like best about 800.com? Ease of setting up and ongoing use. User friendly. What do you dislike about 800.com? Honestly, nothing. It is a great service. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? Customers can call and leave feedback or make requests. Easy to access so that business can return calls.

What do you like best about 800.com? Being able to send bulk texts from a toll free number. What do you dislike about 800.com? Everything so far has been great. Nothing negative to report. Recommendations to others considering 800.com: Try them! Easy to set up. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed a toll free # to manage calls and texts.

What do you like best about 800.com? Being able to set specific hours, forwarding calls, and set up different messages for different departments. What do you dislike about 800.com? Make it more obvious they can leave a vm. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? Separating our phones and having only availability during business hours.

What do you like best about 800.com? The flexibility to spin up a number quickly should you have a need; ease of managing the 800 lines with multiple capabilities and schedules; great customer support when needed. It is just overall the best product I have seen on the market to assist "as needed" situations. What do you dislike about 800.com? I cannot think of much of anything that I have disliked. What do you like best about 800.com? Easy to use, never miss a call and customers love being able to use an 800 number to connect! What do you dislike about 800.com? I don't have any issues with the plan or the service What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? Customers are reluctant to reach out unless they have an 800 number to use, this helps us get in better contact with our customers.

What do you like best about 800.com? It is very easy to set up. The pricing is affordable for even the tightest budgets. You can track who's actually dialing your toll free number. You don't have to be a tech whiz to use it. What do you dislike about 800.com? This is just a personal thing, but I wish I could've gotten a 800 number instead of 833.
