What do you like best about Teamflect? Teamflect has been very easy to use and implement. "Teamflect in Microsoft Teams"

What do you like best about Teamflect? It is very-well integrated with Microsoft Teams, and bot notifications are extremely useful. Their Outlook add-in also makes it very easy to use especially when I receive a feedback request, I can simply click the mail and fill the feedback without leaving Outlook.
