I use IS2 to track sales actuals to quotas

What do you like best? i love how i can have multiple sub goals assigned to an employee. And Jessica Foley is a great resource when I have questions. The support team is super responsive, too. What do you dislike? i find it little tough to change or configure some settings. whether its knowing where its located or how it affects different reports. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we're solving our issue with transparency

Love the level of customization with the dashboards. Ideal for any business analyst.

What do you like best? Graphical flexibility and customization, and the ability to pivot otherwise difficult to analyse datasets in Salesforce. It also allows myself and other users within my team to save time on creating professional financial and sales operations representations for our management and board presentations. The InsightSquared tool is a fantastic add on to Salesforce

What do you like best? The support team are second to none and are always on hand to help with any questions I have. What do you dislike? Adding Goals can be tricky at the beginning but is easy once you know what you are doing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? By using InsightSquared I am able to quickly see where we are in relation to goals set. It also saves me countless hours by automatically making sense of the data.

What do you like best? InsightSquared out-of-the-box reports and analytics provide amazing insights to our sales organization, almost immediately after becoming a customer. With InsightSquared, we have much more visibility to our pipeline, sales process, wins and failures - which we didn't have before / had to invest a lot of time to build our own way to measure and track this. Great insight on sales KPIs

What do you like best? The set up was so quick and value was delivered really fast. Plenty of reports, KPIs, information... all you need to manage you sales team with decision based on KPIs and not opinions or feelings. What do you dislike? Wish I Had This Tool In Previous Lives

What do you like best? Love the easy to understand graphics, flexibility, simplicity, explanations of what each graph/chart means and how to use, that it integrates into Salesforce as a tab, provides insights that we can't easily get out of Salesforce. I think the level of investment is also reasonable and the potential ROI far exceeds the investment we've made. I'm sure there's more but this is what comes off the top of my head. What do you like best? Plug and play with SFDC. Out of the box reports. Insight into pipeline. Scorecard feature. What do you dislike? Sales reps don't access the information enough, perhaps because the tab is separate. Can you integrate with homepage dashboards? What problems are you solving with the product?
