"Great product that creates efficiencies"

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? How everything is put into one place. It is simple to use and easy to teach. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? I think at this point it is probably more how my company utilizies it more then the issues with the product. What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Efficiencies are what PRM is helping me solve. It is giving me more time back in a day.

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? The registration process for our partners is streamlined and simple. It was a huge improvement from our previous software. "It's a useful tool but could be improved a lot."

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? It is an easy way for us to provide resources to our partners. We can easily track their activity and are able to have an incentive program. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? Not very user-intuitive and there isn't a way to make changes across all languages in the CMS. "Highly customizable with direct real-time Sync to our CRM"

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? During the initial build, Impartner was consistently helpful and incredibly involved in each step of the process. I was especially pleased with how smooth the process was regarding building the integration with our Quick Base application. Also, our CSM Benjamin has been wonderful to work with! What do you like best about Impartner PRM? I love how much Impartner is innovating. While the competition seems to hover in the same space continuously they are pushing the envelope in so many ways. How they complete automation and look at entire workflows it is clear they have a much better approach to a full partner model. What do you like best about Impartner PRM? Impartner is great because it is embedded in Salesforce. it is thus very easy to pair with existing data. It has many options. Like a toolbox, you can choose which one you want to use. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? I disliked at first the ease of use of the configuration tool.
