What do you like best about Impartner PRM? It is very easy for the partners to use. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? Some of the features we are looking for are difficult to implement. What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Partners are more likely to register deals when you make it super easy for them. In return, our partners deal registrations have gone up.

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? The people. My CSM, Alex, is very engaged in and responsive to our requests and escalations in particular bringing in resources as needed. Dave Ostler is SUPER helpful with the technical side and has given us the tools to manage our account efficiently and successfully. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? "One Stop Shop"

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? Love the tight integration with Salesforce and easy to use interface Working with the team was awesome - they were eager to help us leverage the full value What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? What do you like best about Impartner PRM? We submitted a ticket and has a quick response from Easton. He offered some feedback, we had some quick exchanges, and then we were able to resolve the issue and close it out. It's been the most efficient interaction to date! The ability to easily scale by adding modular capabilities over time to fit the budget and need as the company's channel ecosystem grows was very important to us as an emerging tech company. What do you like best about Impartner PRM? We have been customers of Impartners for awhile through multiple acquisitions and name changes. The portal we have for our channel through Impartner has kept us strong throughout all of that. We have had multiple account managers at Impartner that have been great. "Portal Through Impartner Helps Manage Our Channel"

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? The thing I like best about Impartner PRM is the portal and more specifically the training we can provide our partners through it. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? The portal can be pretty cumbersome to update. What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Impartner PRM? The personal assistance provided by Impartner was very helpful with our implementation and integration. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? The system updates/page loading is slow. What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
