What do you like best about EDIinsight? I like that I am able to quickly grab a 270/271 response for a member and utilize for troubleshooting/share when necessary. What do you dislike about EDIinsight? I feel that the tool is not that intuitive or user friendly. You can't just jump in and start using it.
