What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? All you do is sign in, find your load, and boom its done. So easy What do you dislike about Descartes MacroPoint?

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? It is very user-friendly and helps keep track of loads you send out, and in case a customer asks where their load is, you can quickly provide an address or location of where it's at or ETA.

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? What is most helpful about MP is that you can track the driver when he chooses to opt into the app. Also, what I love is tracking the actual truck via ELD or GPS. That way, the driver does not know he is being tracked. I also like the Control Tower View. In management, that helps ensure we are running on time.

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? The Customer Service Team was readily available to our team at all times. We had bi weekly calls until we got the program running off the ground - if we had an issue setting up a Broker or Carrier, MacroPoint focused on resolving the issue while we sat back and watched :)
