"Very robust system for tracking shipments!"

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? We had a great experience integrating MacroPoint into our TMS. One of the many benefits of working with this system is the number of carriers integrated through ELD vs Cell Phones, which provides a more reliable tracking method. The addition of the new Control Tower feature enables us to run a variety of KPI's and provides new flexibilities which are very useful!

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? Easy to use. Most carriers already have it and know how to use it. When issues do arise its usually very easy to reach someone to assist with trouble shooting which is vastly different than other companies on the market where several issues come up and there is never any assistance.
