What do you like best about ClickConnector? - Team is amazing at ClickConnetor, they actively listen to their customers and implement those actively. - The product is mature and packed with features - If you want to start simple or have deep customization they have got you covered. What do you like best about ClickConnector? Click Connector not only allows a live chat on our site but also has AI bots, and traditional flow driven chat bots ... but the surprise was that we can also respond to comments in posts on Facebook (might also be able to do that on other social platforms but we really only use Facebook). What do you like best about ClickConnector? We can get all customer details directly from Shopify for our support agents in Clickconnector. No need to switch or search for another tool for more customer details. That way you have all valuable data in 1 support tool like orders, last messages, tracking information etc. This is very handy.
