Whatfix Raises $125 Million in Series E Funding
Whatfix, a data-driven digital adoption platform (DAP), has raised $125 million in a Series E funding round. This round was led by Warburg Pincus, with participation from existing investor SoftBank Vision Fund 2.
The investment will allow Whatfix to strengthen its leadership in the market and improve its range of integrated products through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. The company also plans to increase its presence in the US, EMEA, and APAC regions to enhance its position in the global public sector.
Khadim Batti, CEO and co-founder of Whatfix, shared that enterprises are facing challenges with digital transformation and the growing need to provide great user experiences. He noted that Whatfix has shown innovation by launching four new products since 2021 and securing five US patents, with 18 more in development.
Narendra Ostawal, Managing Director and Head of India Private Equity at Warburg Pincus, said that Whatfix’s unique digital adoption platform is changing how organizations carry out digital transformation programs, create excellent user experiences, and enable users to make the most of software features to boost productivity. He believes Whatfix has significant potential to take advantage of favorable market conditions and strengthen its position in the growing digital adoption platform (DAP) market.
