The new company created as a result of this transaction will be known as unifyi.
Caseware Expands Global Footprint with the Acquisition of Audicon
Caseware, the market leader in SaaS for accounting, analytics, and audit, recently announced the acquisition of Audicon GmbH, a renowned supplier of software solutions and services for audit, risk, and compliance.
Audicon has offices in Düsseldorf and Stuttgart, Germany, as well as Cluj, Romania, and has been in business for more than 25 years.
Civica makes a new acquisition
Technology Forge has been acquired by Civica, which will expand and complement the services provided to clients in the public sector by the international software supplier with UK headquarters. Technology Forge’s highly flexible property and asset management software enables strategic asset management, including estates management, facilities management, and health & safety compliance.
