U.A.E.-based Cartlow acquires MellToo
To extend its operations and services in the main economies of the Saudi Arabian and UAE regions, cloud-based logistics technology company Cartlow has announced the acquisition of Melltoo, a marketplace for used products.
The technological platform recently paid an undisclosed sum to purchase the diverse startup Melltoo. In the year 2004, the business entered the market.
Thoma Bravo Closes $6.9B Acquisition of Identity-Security Vendor SailPoint
Thoma Bravo, a major private equity firm, has officially finished the all-cash acquisition of SailPoint, a provider of enterprise identity security. Thoma Bravo and Ping Identity, which it had previously acquired for $2.8 billion in cash, had a similar agreement earlier this month.
Under the Thoma Bravo brand, Ping changed from being a publicly traded company to a privately held business. Additionally, SailPoint, which provides the software-as-a-service (SaaS) identity-security platform IdentityNow, has changed from being a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange to a privately held business under Thoma Bravo.
Fintech unicorn Razorpay continues acquisition spree now acquires Ezetap
With its third purchase of the year, fintech upstart Razorpay has added Bengaluru-based digital payment business Ezetap to its portfolio. The fintech unicorn owned more than 80% of Ezetap, according to the regulatory filings of the holding company for Ezetap, which is domiciled in Singapore. For an undisclosed sum, the transaction was made through a combination of main and secondary deals. Eurobio Scientific buys Dutch transplant diagnostics firm GenDx for €135 million
Genome Diagnostics (GenDx), a genetic diagnostics kit startup based in the Netherlands, has been purchased by Eurobio Scientific of Paris for €135 million. The purchase will result in the establishment of a foundation to support research and advancement in the transplantation sector.
Both GenDx’s Utrecht headquarters and its Chicago-based North American office will remain open for business. The GenDx portfolio will continue, and it’s established, established, global distributor network will support it.
