The agreement not only broadens Nasdaq’s offering of ESG solutions, but it will also create value by automating the reporting procedure and promoting sustainability.
Rbc Continues Healthcare Strategy With Mdbilling Acquisition
In an effort to strengthen its healthcare strategy, the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) has acquired Toronto-based MDBilling for an undisclosed sum. The deal’s financial details are being kept under wraps. RBC claimed that by offering solutions for doctors at “every stage of their career journey,” the inclusion of MDBilling to its portfolio will help its healthcare strategy.
Bright Acquires Tax Software Firm
The Warwick-based accounting firm Bright has acquired BTCSoftware, a Kent-based provider of practice management and payroll software. Payroll, practice management, and accounting software are all created by Bright.
Bright, which was founded in 2021, also consists of Surf Accounts and Surf Accounts Production, cloud-based bookkeeping and accounting tools, as well as BrightPay, a payroll, and HR software.
