Founderpath is aimed at bootstrapped SaaS businesses
According to a regulatory filing accessed by DealStreetAsia, Sirion Labs, a provider of software products for enterprise contract management, is buying Kenzai Intelligent Systems (Zendoc) for roughly $3 million.
According to documents filed with The Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore, Sirion Labs would use a reverse triangular merger to distribute approximately 304,501 shares to Zendoc at a price of $9.852997.
OYO completes the acquisition of Denmark’s Bornholmske Feriehuse
OYO announced that its subsidiary DanCenter had successfully acquired the European provider of vacation houses Bornholmske Feriehuse. The company claims that the change is a part of its efforts to develop into a full-stack provider of vacation homes.
The platform of Bornholmske Feriehuse, with its headquarters on the Danish island of Bornholm, offers access to more than 700 properties.
Danish SaaS startup is acquired by a global provider of products in the areas of heat transfer
BunkerMetric, a bunker procurement optimization tool developed in Lyngby, has been purchased by StormGeo, an Alfa Laval company that specializes in heat transfer, centrifugal separation, and fluid handling and operates in the energy, marine, and food and water sectors. It offers its knowledge, products, and services to a variety of industries in about 100 different countries.
