Sourcewiz, a platform for business-to-business digitalization, has developed a SaaS application to help manufacturers automate sales and marketing tasks.
The business, was established in 2021 by Divyaanshu Makkar, Vikas Garg, and Mayur Bhangale, also intends to address the issue of working cash faced by Indian manufacturers.
It is developing a marketplace that will assist businesses in obtaining new export orders from clients around the globe.
They saw three-four challenges. India’s factories function in an erratic manner. These lack the equipment required to operate the factory smoothly. There is much more handwork than machine utilisation. It implies that if daily projects are not well managed, there may be several shipping delays. The business loses money with every shipping delay. Also, it harms the nation’s standing as a trustworthy location for sourcing. The most important thing is to be reliable of the stated quality and timeline. Pen and paper are the only tools available. As a result, the software is an essential component for how they run the factories.
And next challenge they saw was Funding. India lacks that kind of a sustaining ecosystem. Therefore, finding a solution to the finance problem is crucial. The factory’s internal supply network comes in third. The process of acquiring raw materials is time-consuming. So many Indian factories’ supply chains are damaged. The final issue is that India is not a well-known exporter. It’s fresh. Many US purchasers, particularly those in the mid-market segment, are unaware of the products offered in India and how reliable they are. As a result, there is a huge need to promote India as an export destination.
Now they have developed the software product they are now in the position of getting new demand. They have established a brand-new GCC office in Abu Dhabi as part of this plan. They intend to open an office in the US soon.
