Onum, a data observability platform, announced a successful $28 million Series A funding round led by Dawn Capital, with contributions from Kibo Ventures and Insight Partners. The investment will fuel its hiring, product development, and commercial expansion into the U.S. market.
Factorial HR Raises $80 Million in Funding
Factorial, an all-in-one business and HR management software for small and medium businesses worldwide, has recently secured an $80 million Go-To-Market investment from General Catalyst’s Customer Value strategy.
Factorial’s recent cash infusion, combined with funds from its successful 2022 Series C round, strengthens its ability to grow and innovate. With a bolstered balance sheet, Factorial can invest strategically in product development and engineering, speeding up the delivery of high-quality solutions to its customers.
Veremark Raises $3 Million in Pre-Series B Funding
Veremark, a background screening and reference checking platform, has secured $3 million in a Pre-Series B funding round. The investment was led by Samaipata and Stage 2 Capital, with additional participation from ACF Investors and Vulpes Investment. These funds will fuel Veremark’s ongoing efforts in client acquisition and the enhancement of its screening technology.

Sprinto Raises $20 Million in Series B Funding
Sprinto, a security compliance platform, has secured $20 million in Series B funding from Accel, Elevation Capital, and Blume Ventures.
With the fresh funding, the company will boost R&D, concentrating on AI and automation. Sprinto aims to enhance its risk and compliance tools, especially in third-party and internal risk management, turning them into standalone products.
FloQast Raises $100 Million in Funding
FloQast, a platform for finance and accounting operations, raised $100 million in its Series E funding round, led by ICONIQ Growth. New investors BDT & MSD Partners and WiL (World Innovation Lab) joined, along with existing investors Meritech Capital and Sapphire Ventures.
The funding will support FloQast in enhancing current workflows for controllers and developing new AI-powered solutions. It will also fuel global expansion, aiming to deliver more innovation and operational efficiency to accounting and finance teams.
