SaaS Startup Slync Secures A Huge $24 Million Funding
With fresh $24 million in funding, Slync.io is a SaaS operating platform for international shippers and logistics service providers that increases productivity and process efficiency.
With participation from Blumberg Capital, ACME Ventures, Gaingels, and other current investors, Goldman Sachs led the round.
“Our customers recognize the power and potential of the Slync platform, and our investor partners do as well, Every day, millions of emails, spreadsheets, PDFs, and messages are exchanged as part of the logistics management process, yet most existing systems only capture a fraction of them, and that’s a big, expensive problem. Slync has the technology to finally solve it.”
stated John Urban, Chairman and CEO of Slync
The company’s goal is to significantly streamline the logistics industry’s operations.
The platform drives a sophisticated collection of customisable business intelligence dashboards that offer previously unattainable real-time transactional performance insights.
A number of multinational corporations and significant logistics service providers are among the company’s clients. In the upcoming months, these businesses will each release a statement describing how they are using the technology and how well it is working for them.
