US, UK and Netherlands-based real estate SaaS startup Kterio bags €10M
The real estate SaaS business Kterio revealed that it has received a funding round worth $10 million. The funding round was headed by Round Hill Ventures with participation from real estate investment management firm Brighton Ventures.

The platform enables building owners to assess the performance of various systems, monitor the assets of their buildings in real-time, spot operational and maintenance issues, and take appropriate action.
The funding money will be used by the corporation to expand operations in North America and Europe. Additionally, Kterio intends to increase sales and marketing.
They want to expand the commercial and industrial markets for their solutions in North America, the UK, and Europe. They anticipate long-term cooperation because it will be essential to their success as they create top-tier business activities while putting the money toward product development.
