Qantev Secures €30 Million in Funding
Qantev, an AI-powered platform that helps health and life insurers manage claims, cut costs, and improve services, has raised €30 million in a new funding round led by Blossom Capital, with participation from existing investors Elaia, Omnes, and RAISE Venture.
With the new investment, Qantev will focus on enhancing its platform, recruiting top talent, and expanding globally. The company will invest in R&D to improve its platform with advanced AI tools that optimize claims processing and decision-making, helping insurers reduce costs and improve patient outcomes.
Qantev will also hire top AI and engineering talent globally. Besides, the company plans to expand into key international markets, particularly in North America and Asia, to tap into new customer segments and tailor its solutions to local insurers.
Tarik Dadi, CEO and co-founder of Qantev explained that rising costs, post-COVID backlogs, chronic diseases, an aging population, and increased demand have made it difficult for healthcare insurers to keep up with paperwork.
He shared that Qantev’s growth over the past year reflects the team’s efforts in addressing these issues and the clear need for their solution. Having worked in the global health insurance sector, Dadi understands the challenges customers face, and Qantev is using decades of experience to make claims processing more efficient, accurate, and beneficial for everyone.
Ophelia Brown, Founder of Blossom Capital, said that Qantev’s focus on the growing health and life insurance market, combined with its skills in AI, insurance, and data analytics, makes it well-suited to handle the big challenges in the healthcare industry.
