Frame AI Raises $7.6 Million
The AI-driven consumer insight platform Frame AI, based in New York, announced that it has secured $7.6 million in funding to support growth.
Existing investors G20 Ventures took the lead in the oversubscribed round, which also included FirstMark and Greycroft, Velvet Sea Ventures, ValueStream Ventures, and strategic investors Twilio ($TWLO) and LiveRamp ($RAMP).
The money will be used to increase sales and advance Frame’s distinctive abilities to understand customer journeys by fusing natural language with event data.
Frame AI is a cutting-edge consumer intelligence system that employs AI to figure costs and project financial outcomes for complex client interactions. Through the unification and enhancement of data across the helpdesk, call centre, CRM, and other channels, the company assists support, product, and sales executives in reducing costs and improving outcomes from their present customer operations.
Frame is growing with a base in New York City and hiring both locally and remotely for a range of positions.
