Founderpath Secures Funding Of $145M
To assist B2B SaaS innovators in expanding their companies without diluting ownership, Founderpath- the Austin-based company has secured funding of $145 million. Nathan Latka, the company’s founder, says his personal experience of the difficult process of giving up too much of a share in a startup he had created years earlier inspired him to found Founderpath.
Founderpath has seen more demand than ever in 2022. Since its inception in January 2020, the company has given over $60 million in funding to 130 SaaS creators. The company has invested $50 million in the last 12 months alone, with more than half of it happening in the previous four months.
Founderpath claims to enable founders to get an upfront payment equal to up to 50% of their yearly recurring revenue (ARR). All it requests is that businesses link their existing subscription platforms to their own.
