Continuous and automated ethical hacking platform is offered by Boston, Massachusetts-based SaaS business FireCompass, which recently raised $7 million in funding.
FireCompass is a SaaS platform for Continuous Automated Red Teaming (CART) and Attack Surface Management that was founded in 2019 by Bikash Barai and Priyanka Aash (ASM). The deep, dark, and surface web are continuously indexed and monitored to map out an organization’s digital attack surface, including any shadow IT blind spots.

“Organizations typically test some of their assets some of the time, whereas hackers are attacking all of the assets all of the time. At FireCompass, our vision is to make Continuous Automated Red Teaming (CART) available to all so that organisations can continuously discover and test all their assets at all times–just like the real attackers.”
said Bikash Barai, co-founder of FireCompass.
The round was led by Silicon Valley-based Cervin and Athera Venture Partners, along with existing investor Bharat Innovation Fund (BIF).
With the financing, the business will be able to hire additional employees and extend its operations across domestic and foreign markets.
