Elucidata has raised $16 Mn as part of its Series A funding round led by investment firm Eight Roads Ventures.
It is a Delhi-based biomedical data startup. Elucidata gives its clients access to properly labelled biomedical data that data science teams can quickly use to speed up drug development and research.

The business will use the funding to expand its product capabilities in related markets and translational drug research. Additionally, the funding will be used to scale go-to-market strategies and broaden operations internationally.
According to media sources, generously curated bio-molecular data that has been prepared for ML applications is delivered by Polly, a platform of Elucidata.
