In a series B financing, Craft Docs has raised $12.2 million. EBRD Venture Capital was in charge of the finance.
Craft will use the additional funding to expand its user base in the collaborative document market in order to assist businesses in managing their daily workflow and producing and sharing stunning documents.

The company claims that it has installed its collaborative document-building application more than a million times in the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Germany.
