In a series B financing, Craft Docs has raised $12.2 million. EBRD Venture Capital was in charge of the finance.

Craft will use the additional funding to expand its user base in the collaborative document market in order to assist businesses in managing their daily workflow and producing and sharing stunning documents.

Platform provides deep linking functionality, real-time syncing from any device, and a UX to create the documents of the future. The company claims that it has installed its collaborative document-building application more than a million times in the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Germany.

The world of docs has undergone a huge development with craft. They give their customers the ability to design a completely new kind of document format that is strong, lovely, and sharing. They will be in a strong position to keep expanding their team with the top talent thanks to the investment.
