Cognigy has secured $100 million in Series C funding round. This new capital will accelerate its mission to provide AI-driven customer service on a large scale.
Cognigy, an AI-first customer service automation, announced a $100 million Series C funding led by Eurazeo Growth, with participation from existing investors such as Insight Partners, DTCP, and DN Capital.
The new funding will help the company expand globally and boost its R&D in Conversational AI and Generative AI. This will lead to more advanced and user-friendly customer service solutions and faster development of cutting-edge AI-first technologies that deliver concrete ROI.
