Leading London Based Startup Cado Security Announces $20M In Funding

The cloud forensics and incident response platform provider Cado Security, based in London, UK, reported that it has raised $20 million in finance, bringing its total investment to $31.5 million.

The first cloud forensics and incident response platform is offered by Cado Security, which was founded by Chris Doman and James Campbell to help security teams recognize and respond to cloud threats without delay or hassle. The Cado platform automates forensic-level data gathering and processing across cloud, container, and serverless systems by utilizing the size and speed of the cloud.

“Rapid, strategic innovation has enabled us to grow quickly and effectively. As a platform purpose-built for the cloud, we are providing the solutions needed so that security teams can drastically speed up incident response in the cloud.

Nearly half of today’s breaches are cloud based, and with more than 60% of corporate data currently stored in the cloud, it’s more important than ever to provide cutting-edge solutions that enable organizations to appropriately handle this increasing risk in cloud environments. We are pleased to be working with such world-renowned investors and technology leaders. With their support, combined with our team and continued momentum, we will continue to pave the path as the leader in this critical and rapidly growing segment of cloud security.”

said James Campbell, CEO and Co-founder of Cado Security.

Ten Eleven Ventures, the first international, stage-neutral investment firm with a focus on cybersecurity, participated in the round alongside major global investment firm Eurazeo.

The most recent financing will enable the company’s continuous global expansion and innovation through product development, accelerated go-to-market strategies, and increased sales and marketing, building on the company’s exceptional growth and momentum.
