Boomio raises more than $500,000 in funding to assist SMEs with fostering digital client loyalty

Boomio, an entirely digital customer loyalty programme with headquarters in Vilnius, has raised €550K in a follow-up funding round led by Lighthouse Ventures and a group of four European angel investors. With the additional funds, the business will enhance its offering and enter the German market.

For retail and e-commerce firms, Boomio is a platform for sales growth, client loyalty, and customer acquisition.

The platform will offer easy-to-use tools to help small and medium-sized businesses find their loyal clients, who account for about 80% of their sales and expand up to 2.5 times quicker than their competitors.

Boomio’s goal is to provide small and medium-sized enterprises that lack the resources to develop these products internally with access to digital customer loyalty tools.

Businesses can design and administer their rewards & loyalty system for a nominal membership cost using the company’s online platform and mobile app.
