Betafi, a platform for UX research, raises $1.3 million in a pre-seed round
Pre-seed funding of $1.3 million was secured by Betafi, a Singapore-based unified user research platform that makes it simple to record, compile, and distribute user feedback from chats.
Together Fund, Entrepreneur First, and Titan Capital led the round, which also included Nir Eyal and the founders of notable businesses including Razorpay, Pine Labs, Snapdeal, Livspace, and others.
“User research still requires a good amount of manual labour and logistical planning.” We want to remove the tedious tasks from the process so you can concentrate on what matters most—discovering insights. We ultimately want UX research to be as commonplace as software testing is today, according to Betafi CEO and co-founder Arjun Arora.
By enabling product teams to quickly and easily conduct user interviews and usability tests to validate their concepts, designs, beta software, and websites, Betafi is revolutionising the field of user experience research.
By allowing users to save up to 30% of their overall research time and effort, Betafi enables them to concentrate on gathering insightful data to produce unique products.
