ChannelAdvisor Being Acquired by CommerceHub
CommerceHub acquired ChannelAdvisor, two competitor SaaS e-commerce systems that combines front-end and back-end capabilities for merchants and brands to help expand their companies. However, the combined platform will require some integration work due to the use of separate technologies. Insight Partners, GTCR, Sycamore Partners, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management are some investors taking part in the transaction.
