BambooHR User Reviews
Pros
It’s easy to navigate and understand. Also, loads pretty quickly.
One-stop shop for employees to get through all the tasks they need to in preboarding and throughout their first week of onboarding at a company. Its sleek interface is fun to use.
Cons
The time tracking was unable to track multiple pay rates. I was disappointed that the payroll integration wouldn’t work for our needs. It also lacked a robust HR component, LMS and Benefits Administration.
It’s not very robust. The reporting function is very limited and you can’t always get the information you need or want out of it. The ability to customize the fields isn’t great either – which leads to having to manually get the information you want out of employee profiles.
The ATS system is imperfect and requires a lot of improvements.
Takeaways from BambooHR user reviews
- ATS System is not robust.
- Multiple pay rates could not be tracked using time tracking.
- LMS & Benefits management lack features and doesn’t work well.
- The reporting function is not great and there’s an inability to customize the fields.
