Oyster, a global employment platform, has raised $59 million in Series D funding led by Silver Lake Waterman, bringing its total funding to $286 million. With this investment, the company hit a valuation of $1.2 billion.
The funding will enable Oyster to accelerate its platform roadmap, expand its impact, strengthen its customers’ compliance posture, and enhance its ability to attract and retain top talent.

Warehow Raises $2.7 Million in Series A Funding
Warehow, a multichannel e-commerce fulfillment platform, has secured a €2.5 million (~$2.7 million) Series A funding round led by the Midlands Engine Investment Fund II through Mercia Ventures. The funding will help the company enhance its technology, expand storage capacity, and boost sales and marketing efforts.
Approveit Raises $1 Million in Funding
Approveit, an IT process automation software, has secured $1 million from investors like 10vc, Verras Capital, and Telegraph Hills Capital. The company will use this funding to attract new clients and enhance its product.
